Project: Dales Bike Centre Sector: Commercial Contract Sum: £800K Lead design: Harris Irwin This fantastic project nestled in the Yorkshire Dales involved the construction of a café, bike shop, welfare facilities, storage areas, and extensive external works. Some of the technologies used were Glue-lam structural frames, aluminium curtain walling, and green roofs. This project really showcases the versatility of our ability and skill set as a company. There was already an established business operating from the site, which had to remain operational throughout the duration of the work, this was respectfully managed by our team and were commended by the client for their efforts in achieving this.

Project: Lucy Pittaway Studio Sector: Commercial Contract sum: £600K Lead design: Andrew Bramley Associates Lucy Pittaway is an extremely talented and successful artist. With continued growth of her business, we were asked to extend and reconfigure the commercial premises where it operates from. This included a new storage unit for all retail products, an art studio for Lucy to work from, packaging and distribution areas, framing rooms, etc. Alterations to existing commercial premises can often prove more difficult than constructing new premises, but our team ensured that all the necessary work was completed to comply with all applicable standards.
